Optum Learning Solutions has bagged two prestigious awards for FWAE RapidRefer Continuous Learning Program – Brandon Hall Awards 2022

Our program was recognized in two categories:

1. Gold — Best Use of a Blended Learning Program — given to a workplace learning program that demonstrates measurable benefits using two or more delivery methods. 
2. Bronze — Best Unique or Innovative Learning and Development Program — given to an innovative program that drives positive organizational outcomes.

The FWAE program utilizes micro-learning, social learning and gamification to drive proficiency of clinical investigation skills in FWAE clinical processes. The program significantly contributed to the Optum payment integrity team’s goal of saving medical costs to the tune of $15 million+ in 2021.

This award is a reflection of the power of one spirit at Optum, wherein several teams, including learning solutions, payment integrity operations and other key stakeholders across functions, came together to collaborate and support the winning entries.
